I use a blend of psychological approaches to provide a therapy that is both versatile and deep. My practice focuses on three key areas:
The Present - (Person-Centred Approach) : A non-directive, client-led space where we address your immediate concerns and current feelings.
The Unconscious - (Psychodynamic Approach) : Identifying patterns of behaviour and exploring their origins to understand how the past informs the present.
Integration - (CBT & Psychological Theory): Using insights to connect your history with current emotional responses, allowing us to tackle the root causes of your challenges.
